Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Representative to join our team at Catapult Solutions Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter data into our proprietary systems with accuracy and efficiency
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry
  • Create and distribute worker RFID badges, including taking headshots of workers for badges
  • Review and enter data updates in the systems
  • Review discrepancies in data received
  • Assist with administrative duties at safety orientations
  • Advise supervisor of issues related to data
  • Conduct drug testing as required by the project

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in data entry or related fields
  • Excellent typing skills - Accurately type 35 words per minute
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience - 2 years (Preferred)
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish (Helpful, but not required)
