Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled System Services Representative to join our team at IBM. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring their hardware and software systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as providing expert advice on preventive maintenance, configuration, and operation of our clients' systems. You will work closely with our clients to understand their technical needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware and software systems
  • Provide expert advice on preventive maintenance, configuration, and operation of systems
  • Work closely with clients to understand their technical needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of hardware and software systems, including troubleshooting and repair
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
