Job Summary

Comcast is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses. Your primary focus will be on advanced communications solutions, including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed departmental financial and unit targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to position Comcast Business Services effectively.
  • Collaborate with technical, customer service, and support staff to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction and drive new revenue growth.
  • Manage a territory with a high level of activity and develop comprehensive business plans to achieve sales goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in sales or business development
  • Strong knowledge of Comcast products and services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
