Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to join our team at Janus Research Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of complex programs and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee fiscal, operational, administrative, and human resources management of programs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to secure outside funding sources.
  • Serve as the principal point of representation and liaison with external constituencies on operational matters.
  • Provide technical/professional guidance and leadership to team members.
  • Analyze information from multiple sources to compile comprehensive solutions.

Requirements:
