Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Client Care Representative to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Group. As a Sales Client Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer all incoming phone calls and schedule sales or service appointments according to a proven script.
  • Log customer comments into the Dealership Management System and schedule follow-up contacts as needed.
  • Confirm scheduled appointments with future customers and post them on the appointment board in the Business Development Center.
  • Re-schedule "no-show" customer appointments and follow up with the sales or service department to determine the outcome.
  • Maintain and update customer information in the database and contact current customers about marketing incentives.
  • Respond to customer website requests and contact internet clients via email and phone to schedule appointments.
  • Notify necessary departments of appointments set and forward customer concerns to the correct department manager.
  • Maintain CSI at or above Company standards and participate in required training.
  • Follow Safeguards rules and regulations and demonstrate the Company's Core Values.
  • Maintain accurate timekeeping records and comply with Company policies and procedures.
Requirements

To perform this job successfully, you must have the ability to understand and follow instructions, communicate effectively with customers and company personnel, and possess strong interpersonal skills. A valid driver's license and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products are also required.
