Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Relations Specialist to join our team at Memorable Escapes. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage bookings and reservations for theme parks, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, assisting with special requests, and resolving booking-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, ticket sales, and guest information.
  • Generate reports to analyze booking trends and support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is an advantage but not required.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service, preferably within the hospitality, travel or entertainment industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
