Additionally, you will maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation. If you have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures, and the ability to handle sensitive information, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities:

* Assist with staffing and pre-hire activities, including coordinating the background screening process
* Execute and support HR initiatives, policies, and procedures
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
* Comply with all policies and legal requirements
* Additional responsibilities as assigned by the HR Director

Requirements:

* Bachelor of Business Administration or two years' experience in a related field
* Valid Drivers' License Class C
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
* Ability to handle sensitive information
* Proficient with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel Spreadsheets, Dropbox

Working Conditions:

* The principal duties of this position are performed in an indoor office environment

Alcohol and Drug Testing Policy:

* This position is subject to the DLP Services LLC, Drug Free Workplace Policy which includes Post-Accident Testing, Random Testing, and/or Reasonable Suspicion Testing
