Job Summary

The Human Resources Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for employees, applicants, and other stakeholders. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective communication, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  2. Assist with recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews, preparing job postings, and maintaining applicant records.
  3. Process personnel transactions, such as new hires, transfers, and terminations, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Coordinate employee orientation, training, and development programs.
  5. Assist with benefits administration, payroll, and other HR-related tasks.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of clerical experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
