About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional Sales Development Executive to join our team at New Millennium Technical Resources. As a Sales Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers and partners, and driving revenue growth.

The estimated salary for this position is $100,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new leads through outreach campaigns and phone calls.
  • Bulk and execute all business development goals and objectives pertaining to the assigned regions and segments.
  • Assist the AVP in the preparation of sales targets and budgets.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in sales, business development or a similar role.
  • Strong ability to prospect and build new business relationships with a strategic vision for sales growth.
  • A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills.
