Job Title: Director of Human Resources

Entrega, a global business-to-business Technology Services and Solutions Company, is seeking a seasoned Director of Human Resources to lead and oversee all aspects of our HR function. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that drive business results, align with our company's mission, vision, and growth objectives.
  • HR Policy Development: Create and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement a robust performance management system that supports a high-performance culture.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by establishing effective employee relations programs, policies, and practices.
  • Employee Communications: Develop and implement a comprehensive employee communications strategy to ensure effective and consistent messaging across the organization.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract, motivate, and retain high-performing employees.
  • HR Operations and Compliance: Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including HRIS management, policy development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Learning and Development: Develop and implement learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Culture and Employee Engagement: Champion our company culture and values, promoting employee engagement and overall job satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and formulate recommendations.
  • Strong strategic thinking and demonstrated ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with attention to detail while using strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Exceptional communication (both written and verbal).
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable working under pressure with strict deadlines.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, management, general business or related field required. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of HR experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Supervisory experience.
  • Experience reporting directly to C.E.O. preferred.
  • Experience in the professional services industry preferred.
  • Proven experience and knowledge of H.R. best practices, employment laws and regulations.
  • Track record of successfully implementing HR programs, policies, and initiatives in a fast-paced, growing organization.
