Position Summary
Toyoda Gosei North America Corporation, a prominent global supplier of rubber and plastic components for the automotive industry, is seeking a Human Resource Information Systems Analyst within the Human Resources division. This role operates with a degree of independence and is tasked with delivering professional support for the organization's HRIS functionalities across North America and its manufacturing entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Organizes and maintains human resources data within the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Develops and sustains the HRIS to meet the organization’s data management and reporting requirements.
- Ensures the accuracy and integrity of organizational data within the HRIS.
- Generates standard and custom queries or reports as needed.
- Provides data summaries or statistical analyses to assist in strategic planning and decision-making.
- Creates user documentation and training materials as necessary.
- Manages user access security for end-users.
- Promotes optimization through active participation in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Completes additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, HRIS, or a related field is mandatory.
- A minimum of three years of experience in HCM system development and operations is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 2010 or later, particularly Excel with Pivot tables and V lookups, is required.
- Experience with at least one full lifecycle system implementation is necessary.
- Familiarity with ADP payroll systems, OBI reporting, and Cloud-Based Oracle Fusion or Taleo is preferred.
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines is crucial.
- Strong verbal, non-verbal, negotiation, and written communication skills are required.
- Ability to maintain professionalism while interacting with both internal and external stakeholders is essential.
- Demonstrated organizational, analytical, project scheduling, problem-solving, and technical skills are important.
