We are seeking a Human Resources Information Systems Analyst within our Human Resources division. The HRIS Analyst operates with a degree of independence and is tasked with delivering professional support for TG's comprehensive HRIS functions across Toyoda Gosei North America Corporation and its affiliated manufacturing entities in the Americas.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain human resources data within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Design and uphold the HRIS to meet the organization's data management and reporting requirements.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of organizational data within the HRIS.
- Generate standard and custom queries or reports as needed.
- Provide data summaries or statistical analyses to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Develop end-user documentation and training materials as necessary.
- Manage user access and security protocols for end-users.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, HRIS, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of three years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) system development and operations is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 2010 or newer, particularly Excel with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP functions, is required.
- Completion of a full lifecycle system implementation is necessary.
- Experience with ADP payroll systems, OBI reporting, and Cloud-Based Oracle Fusion or Taleo is preferred.
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines is essential.
- Strong verbal, non-verbal, negotiation, and written communication skills are required.
- Ability to maintain professionalism while interacting with internal and external stakeholders is crucial.
- Strong organizational, analytical, project scheduling, problem-solving skills, and technical expertise are required.
