Key Responsibilities:- Perform general office duties, including answering phones, managing emails, and greeting visitors.
- Maintain and organize office files and records, both physical and digital.
- Handle scheduling, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and process documentation, reports, and correspondence as needed.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget monitoring.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Coordinate and support special projects and company events.
- Ensure office equipment and facilities are well-maintained and functioning properly.
- Provide administrative support to senior management and other team members as required.
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Experience in real estate, property management, or investment companies is highly preferred.
- High school diploma required; associates degree or higher in business administration or a related field is a plus.
