We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Manager/Accounting professional to join our team at Mountain Homes Inc. This is a full-time position responsible for managing office operations, accounting functions, and providing administrative support to our sales team and owner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
  • Process credit card payments and investigate any spending variances.
  • Generate financial and operational reports in QuickBooks and Excel.
  • Maintain vendor information, including W-9 and 1099 status.
  • Assist with year-end 1099 processing and tax packages.
  • Communicate and coordinate with the bookkeeper and owner-manager.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in construction industry, with a focus on accounting and operations.
  • Advanced QuickBooks skills and experience with CRM systems, such as JobNimbus.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong decision-making skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • A professional demeanor and punctuality.
