Broad River Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility. This role is essential for delivering high-quality care to our patients and enhancing their recovery journey. We are looking for a PTA who possesses experience in Skilled Nursing environments and is proficient in utilizing Rehab Optima/Net Health software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of patient care plans under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
  • Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the therapy team.
  • Provide compassionate support to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.
  • An Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) is required.
