Company Overview

We are seeking a forward-thinking, strategic, and collaborative Head of Financial Systems Management to lead Procore CPA's Finance Technology and Legal Technology teams.

In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between the Business Systems Team and our Finance and Legal divisions.

Working closely with leadership from Business Systems, Finance, and Legal, you will spearhead initiatives to develop and implement a comprehensive Finance Technology and Legal Technology strategy that aligns with our global corporate objectives.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing a team dedicated to constructing and maintaining our Finance and Legal systems architecture, ensuring both scalability and compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong, product-focused mindset and a passion for creating systems and tools that enhance the employee and manager experience.

This position will report to the Vice President of Technology - Business Systems.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Build and nurture a high-performing team by mentoring and developing members of the Finance and Legal Technology group, who are responsible for implementing and maintaining technology tools in alignment with the mission and vision of Business Technology at Procore CPA.

2. Prioritize Business Systems Technology initiatives based on organizational needs and strategy, managing workload and budget while being accountable for the end-to-end Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Plan to Report, and Legal business process architecture.

3. Provide technical program leadership and experience in implementing various SaaS systems.

4. Collaborate with key stakeholders to create and execute a three-year roadmap for Finance and Legal Technology that supports our business strategy and promotes scalability through insights and self-service.

5. Identify automation opportunities and work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, conducting regular business process reviews to suggest improvements.

6. Empower teams and managers to make informed, data-driven decisions and provide actionable insights to enhance transactions and capabilities.

7. Establish a comprehensive vendor strategy and lead vendor assessments, maintaining strategic relationships with key partners.

8. Work with Security and Legal teams to ensure data security and compliance with all relevant regulations.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience, with over 12 years in IT business systems and more than 10 years in Finance and Legal technology leadership.

- Strong understanding of standard business practices across key financial and legal processes.

- Proven leadership experience in a dynamic, global environment.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of managing business relationships effectively.

- Demonstrated ability to think critically and develop long-term visions and innovative solutions.

- Significant experience in project and program management, particularly in leading complex system implementations.


Compensation:

The base pay range for this position is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's skills, experience, and education.
