As the Senior Director of Finance and Legal Systems, you will act as the primary liaison between the Business Systems Team and the Finance and Legal sectors. Collaborating closely with leadership from these departments, you will drive the creation and execution of a comprehensive Finance and Legal Technology strategy that supports our global objectives. Your leadership will guide a team dedicated to developing and sustaining our systems architecture, ensuring both scalability and compliance.
This position is pivotal in enhancing the employee and manager experience through innovative systems and tools.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and nurture a high-performing team focused on implementing and managing Finance and Legal technology solutions, ensuring alignment with Procore's mission and strategic vision.
- Prioritize Business Systems Technology projects based on organizational needs, managing resources and budgets effectively, while overseeing critical business process architectures.
- Provide technical program leadership and oversee the implementation of key SaaS systems, including but not limited to Netsuite, Zuora, and Coupa.
- Work in close collaboration with stakeholders to formulate a three-year roadmap for Finance and Legal Technology that aligns with our business strategy.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline processes, partnering with various teams to enhance operational efficiency.
- Empower teams to make informed, data-driven decisions and provide actionable insights to improve processes.
- Establish a vendor management strategy and lead assessments to foster strong vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with Security and Legal teams to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and enhance overall data security.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, with 12+ years of relevant experience in IT business systems and 10+ years in Finance and Legal technology leadership.
- In-depth understanding of business processes related to Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Plan to Report.
- Strong leadership capabilities in a dynamic, global environment.
- Proven expertise in Finance, Payroll, Legal, and Business Technology processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship management.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and develop long-term strategic visions and innovative solutions.
- Extensive experience in managing complex system implementations and leading high-performing teams.
Compensation: Base Pay Range $169,600 - $233,200, with eligibility for bonus incentive compensation.
