Position Overview

The Maywood Apartments, a key property managed by CORE Realty Holdings Management Inc., is seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant. This role is pivotal in enhancing the net operating income through strategic leasing and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will leverage their sales acumen and customer service expertise to optimize market rents and ensure high occupancy rates by fostering positive relationships with residents while adhering to established leasing protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate under general supervision to manage all marketing and leasing activities, achieving targets set by the Community Manager, Leasing Director, or Regional Manager.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive traffic and improve rental closing rates.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscapes to effectively maximize rental income.
  • Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners to enhance business opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Present information clearly and respond effectively to inquiries from prospective tenants and current residents.
  • Complete all required training on CORE systems promptly.
  • Demonstrate independent decision-making skills to achieve desired outcomes and adapt to evolving challenges.
  • Exhibit professionalism, integrity, and confidence in all aspects of the role.
  • Fulfill all assigned tasks and responsibilities as directed.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and utilize appropriate personal protective equipment as necessary.

Required Skills

  • Communication: Intermediate proficiency in reading, analyzing, and interpreting business-related documents.
  • Reasoning: Ability to identify problems, gather relevant data, and draw logical conclusions.
  • Analytical: Competence in collecting pertinent information to make informed decisions regarding property management.
  • Administrative: Skills in planning, prioritizing, and budgeting to meet client satisfaction and organizational goals.
  • Mathematical: Basic math skills necessary for calculating figures and amounts.
  • Computer: Intermediate knowledge of integrated computer systems and business software.
  • Effective Skills: Ability to assess, manage, and evaluate leasing and public relations processes.

Additional Qualifications

  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Consistent attendance is essential for this role.
  • Previous leasing experience in the multifamily sector is preferred.
  • Experience with social media platforms, particularly Instagram, is required.
