The perfect candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and the capability to adhere to instructions. Your primary responsibility will be to showcase and lease residential units to potential tenants.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform administrative tasks as required, including answering calls, preparing refreshments, organizing files, etc.

· Provide customer service by assisting residents with their inquiries and processing service requests

· Conduct tours of the community and available units

· Market and lease residential properties

· Aid in the completion of necessary application and lease documentation

· Support marketing initiatives as needed

· Participate in community events and foster resident satisfaction

Qualifications

· A minimum of six months of experience in apartment or multifamily leasing is preferred

· Familiarity with software systems may be required – such as Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon, etc.

· Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is essential

· Reliable transportation to and from the workplace is necessary

· A strong work ethic characterized by reliability and dependability

· Willingness to assist with various community projects as needed

· Enjoy collaborating with others and following guidance when necessary

· Maintain a welcoming and customer-focused demeanor towards colleagues and clients
