Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leasing/Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Price Edwards & Company. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our multi-family properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of property staff, including leasing agents and maintenance personnel.
  • Process applications, prepare move-in packets, and conduct tours of available apartments.
  • Collect and process rent payments, as well as handle maintenance requests and resident relations.
  • Relieve the resident manager on weekends, days off, and vacation.
  • Participate in monthly Apartment Association activities and assist with other duties as assigned by the Property Manager.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, leasing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
