  • Evaluate work quality and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications. Take corrective actions as necessary to rectify any deficiencies.
  • Maintain accurate field reporting, including daily logs, extra work orders, safety documentation, and incident reports. Identify and track additional work beyond the initial scope.
  • Conduct daily inspections of all equipment on-site and report necessary repairs to management.
  • Monitor project quantities for scheduling, record-keeping, and timely billing.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong leadership and organizational capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a talent for building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders. Conduct oneself in a manner that reflects the company’s values and professionalism.
  • Willingness to work 8-12 hours a day, 5-6 days a week.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based construction management software.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

  • Annual Salary: $125,000+ based on experience.
