Job Summary:

PrideStaff is seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Superintendent to oversee large commercial construction projects in Central Oregon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing daily work on all trades, scheduling work, and problem-solving on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all field work on large commercial construction projects, including mixed-use projects, public works projects, office buildings, and more.
  • Manage daily work on all trades, schedule work, and problem-solve on site.
  • Train subs and internal employees as needed to ensure the highest quality of work.
  • Maintain safety, quality control, and enforce job clean-ups.
  • Assist in successfully closing out a project in a timely, efficient manner to the satisfaction of the design team and all others involved.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years in the construction space with demonstrated growth from a carpenter into a successful superintendent.
  • BS in CEM or similar preferred.
  • Excellent hands-on knowledge of building code and best-practices for foundations, framing, MEP & HVAC, building envelopes, roofing, and finishes.
  • Experience creating and managing schedules using modern technology (e.g., Procore, p6 or similar).
  • Excellent communication skills.
