  • Acts as a key HR representative in various domains including succession planning, talent acquisition, labor relations, recruitment, employee engagement, compensation strategies, benefits administration, equal employment opportunity compliance, and professional development.
  • Possesses knowledge of policies, procedural frameworks, market research, employee analytics, legal standards, labor agreements, strategic business plans, workforce forecasting, recruitment metrics, and foundational business principles as they pertain to human resources.
  • Works in conjunction with fellow HR professionals to evaluate and innovate processes and systems that successfully attract, reward, and engage the workforce at Indotronix International Corporation.
