Resumen:

  • Colabora con los clientes para asegurar una comprensión completa de las necesidades y objetivos comerciales y resolver problemas de recursos humanos.
  • Responsable de actuar como enlace de recursos humanos en áreas como planificación de sucesiones, gestión del talento, relaciones laborales, empleo, relaciones con empleados, compensación, beneficios, EEO y capacitación y desarrollo.
  • Familiarizado con políticas y procedimientos, encuestas y datos de mercado, datos de empleados, leyes y regulaciones, acuerdos laborales, planes de negocio, pronósticos laborales, datos de reclutamiento y principios comerciales, en relación con asuntos de personal.
