At Rutland Regional Medical Center, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Educator to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a crucial role in promoting continuous learning and professional development.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting collaboration between academic and practice settings, providing in-services, education program development, implementation, and evaluation, as well as competency assessment. You will promote evidence-based practice and mentor colleagues to achieve exceptional patient care.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years clinical experience in nursing, with at least 3 years department/unit/specialty-specific experience.
  • Previous educational nursing instructor experience is an asset.
  • Certifications such as CNOR, ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC, NRP, PCCN, CCRN, and BLS through American Heart Association are necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and commitment to education as a methodology for quality improvement.
  • Effective communication and computer skills.

Additional Requirements (Level II):

  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) required.
  • Minimum of 7 years clinical experience in nursing, with at least 3 years department/unit/specialty-specific experience.
  • Experience designing, facilitating, and validating education or training experiences is necessary.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $33.65 - $58.20 per hour, commensurate with experience.
