Neuro ICU Clinical Support Specialist

Position Information:
The Clinical Support Specialist provides administrative support to patients, families, and professional staff, ensuring efficient customer-oriented service delivery.
This role actively supports WakeMed's Patient & Family Centered Care model, delivering patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
The key principles of PFCC are:
Dignity and Respect = Listening to and honoring patient and family perspectives and choices; Information Sharing = Communicating complete and unbiased information with patients and families in affirming and useful ways; Participation = Patients and families are encouraged and supported in participating in care and decision-making; Collaboration = Patients, families, and the Clinical Support Specialist collaborate in delivering care.
The Clinical Support Specialist understands the needs of the organization and supports the mission, vision, values, and aspirational goals.
Requirements:
1 Year Healthcare Experience Preferred
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required - Or College Courses in Nursing Required
Licensure/Certification:
Nurse Aide I Required
