Clinical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team at VitalConnect. As a Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing clinical customer support to effectively implement our solutions into customer sites. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading healthcare technology company and make a positive impact on people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implementing the clinical training program to various customer sites throughout the United States
• Supporting clients by providing onsite and virtual clinical education through presentations and demonstrations about merits and proper clinical usage of our products
• Collaborating with various departments within customer organization to implement onsite clinical evaluations to ensure clinical acceptance of all technological devices
• Educating customers on the merits, proper clinical procedures, and usages of clinical devices
• Training and establishing effective relationships with external customers while working with sales teams to drive clinical value
• Developing and delivering a customized training and support plan for VitalConnect solutions at customer sites
• Submitting detailed documentation while onsite at customer accounts within designated time frame
• Maintaining product knowledge as product operations and/or features change
• Ongoing customer support either in person or by phone/video conference
• Educating Clinical Research Associates and corporate teams of clinical relevance and applications of our products and solutions
• Assisting in various projects as assigned
• Traveling up to 75%
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Degree in nursing or related field preferred
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and organizational skills
• The ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to work independently or as a team player in cross-functional projects
• Extensive judgement and experience to plan and accomplish goals
• Friendly and approachable presence; enjoys developing relationships at all levels of the organization, from the receptionist to the CEO
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer software
• Passion for making a positive change in people's lives
• Valid unrestricted nursing license issued within the U.S.
• Prior or current critical care or telemetry nursing experience
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ECG rhythm interpretation
