Piper Clinical Solutions is seeking a Clinical Healthcare Specialist to join a community-based team delivering mental health resources in North Carolina. The specialist will be a member of a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals providing clinical support to patients in inpatient/outpatient facilities and in their homes. This role offers a Monday - Friday first shift schedule or a 4-day, 10-hour first shift schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medication, including injectables, and provide education on proper medication use and side effects.
  • Evaluate, document, and report patient health issues, working cross-functionally with other team members like Psychiatrists, Social Workers, Therapists, and Substance Abuse Counselors.
  • Provide case management services for treatment plans, including follow-up, setting up medical appointments, education on community resources, and more.
  • Participate in team meetings regarding care plans, resource allocation, and other community member-related discussions.
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of nursing experience.
  • Prior experience within psychology/behavioral health is preferred.
  • Active North Carolina RN licensure is required.
Compensation
  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 based on experience.
