Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to members and patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Manage patient flow, checking members and patients in for appointments and ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Re-engage inactive members and promote membership options, packages, and promotions.
  • Stay up-to-date on membership options, packages, and promotions, and communicate effectively with patients and team members.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to clinic standards and protocols.
  • Confidently present and sell memberships and visit packages, meeting sales goals and targets.
  • Keep management informed of patient concerns and follow manager's policies, procedures, and direction.
  • Be willing to learn and grow, accepting constructive criticism and using it as a learning tool.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Previous sales experience and strong phone and computer skills preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
