As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Greeting members with enthusiasm and knowledge, providing a warm and welcoming experience
• Presenting the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers, showcasing the benefits of our unique approach to fitness
• Working at the front desk, answering phones, and engaging with members to ensure their needs are met
• Guiding new members through their first Orangetheory workout, providing a seamless and enjoyable experience
• Selling memberships and promoting our studio to help drive growth and success
• Participating in marketing and outreach events to build relationships with the community
• Maintaining a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring a positive experience for all members
