Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned SAP ECP expert to join our team as a System Integration Business Analyst. In this role, you'll play a critical part in transforming our HR payroll processes and driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and support the ECP system to ensure seamless integration with existing processes
  • Work with stakeholders to capture and document functional requirements, translating them into technical specifications
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design, deliver, and test solutions that meet business needs
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. SAP Business Warehouse, SAP Analytics Cloud, etc.)
  • Proficiency in SAP ECP configuration and implementation tools (e.g. SAP GUI, Eclipse, etc.)
  • Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. ABAP, Java, etc.) and familiarity with data migration and conversion tools (e.g. SAP Data Services, etc.)
