Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team at Avanti Residential LLC. This role will oversee and supervise payroll and benefit functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of pay and benefits. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with multi-state payroll and strong knowledge of payroll software.

Responsibilities include:
  • Managing full-cycle processing of bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees
  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws
  • Conducting regular audits of employee pay records

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, 5+ years of experience with GL accounting knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Additionally, you should have extensive knowledge of the payroll function and experience with payroll software such as Paylocity.

**Salary:** $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
