Job Overview:
InTandem HR seeks a skilled Hybrid HR Professional - Multi-Client Expertise to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of human resources principles and benefits administration. As a key member of our team, you will serve as a liaison between clients and their employees, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies.

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the Hybrid HR Professional - Multi-Client Expertise role. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience, with a focus on benefits administration and multi-client expertise.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist in administering the benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, and flexible spending accounts
* Conduct new employee orientations, benefits meetings, and pre-employment background checks
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and logs related to employee terminations and benefits
* Collaborate with HR Director and Payroll to route and answer questions appropriately

**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience
* Strong knowledge of employment-related regulations, particularly in Colorado
* Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software

**Salary Range:** $55,000 - $65,000 per year
