HR Administrative Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Administrative Specialist to join our team at Hire With Ease. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Human Resource department and providing excellent service to our employees.
Job SummaryIn this role, you will be responsible for answering employee questions, maintaining personnel files, and assisting with recruiting tasks. You will also prepare performance reviews, process terminations, and maintain HR documents.
Responsibilities- Answer employee inquiries and respond to their requests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files, including employee information and benefit details
- Assist with recruiting efforts, including posting job openings, coordinating interviews, and extending job offers
- Prepare and distribute performance reviews to employees
- Process terminations, including updating personnel records and notifying relevant departments
- Maintain HR documents, including org charts and new hire packets
- Organize on-site events and meetings
The ideal candidate will have:
Requirements- A high school diploma, with a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as an HR Coordinator or in a related field
- Bilingual Spanish/English skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong organizational and time management skills
This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $25-$30 per hour, quarterly bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) retirement plan. The work environment is business casual, and the schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.
