About the Role

A Business Development Manager is a key player in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. As a results-driven professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that meets and exceeds sales targets. Your expertise will be crucial in establishing a diverse network of industry contacts, key partners, and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales plan that aligns with business objectives
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key industry contacts and partners
  • Qualify accounts and move them into the sales pipeline
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities and convert prospects to clients
  • Collaborate with National and Regional Sales teams to foster a unified sales environment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred
  • Minimum of three years of solution-based selling experience or 3 years of internal sales support
  • Proven track record of initiating and successfully driving new business partnerships
  • Demonstrate strategic sales planning and methodologies
