WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

Our Shared Services teams provide essential support to BCO functions through comprehensive reporting and analytics, the evaluation and standardization of risk and control methodologies, the formulation of unified 1LOD risk and control protocols, and the management of change initiatives.

Evaluate non-financial 1LOD risk and control practices against regulatory and governance standards; identify gaps and propose actionable solutions; recommend, facilitate, and/or implement measures to address identified deficiencies in collaboration with BCOs and other stakeholders; and work with Shared Services technical writers to design and document procedures that ensure adherence to governance standards.

Implement quality assurance measures for Shared Services Transformation outputs, aligning with expectations across various lines of defense, including the Governance, Risk and Controls (GRC) Quality Assurance (AQ) team, the Policy Governance Office (PGO), and Internal Audit.

Develop and maintain execution tools such as style guides, playbooks, templates, and QA/QC checklists with input from key partners and management.

Lead or assist with special projects as assigned, which may involve the analysis, development, implementation, and enhancement of 1LOD risk and control practices and programs.

May oversee and mentor Shared Services personnel, including Analysts, Senior Analysts, and Leads.

Analyze, assess, and monitor non-financial risk and control activities and their development within CNB's 1LOD.

Execute action plans in a dynamic environment with overlapping, interdependent, and critical regulatory and internal issue remediation projects.

Assist the Shared Services Senior Manager and BCOs in managing and fulfilling risk and control program requirements.

Identify and escalate challenges along with potential solutions to the Shared Services Senior Manager.

Act as a proactive resource for BCOs, offering advisory services as appropriate.

Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on risk and control practices to BCO teams and other stakeholders.

Foster strong, collaborative relationships with delivery partners and facilitate connections between lines of defense, business units, functions, leaders, change enablement professionals, project managers, and other stakeholders to enhance the effective use of Shared Services capabilities and resources.
