As a Business Resilience Manager within PNC's Business Resiliency division, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and governing the Business Resiliency Program, which encompasses traditional business continuity lifecycle activities, operational and technological resilience, and disaster recovery strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
• Implement governance and oversight for the Business Resiliency program, identifying risks and areas for enhancement as necessary.
• Provide expertise in Resiliency and Continuity risks while collaborating with various Lines of Business and risk partners (e.g., Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, Audit).
• Supervise the execution of the Business Resiliency Lifecycle to ensure compliance with policy and procedural requirements while supporting business and regulatory expectations.
• Assist in the evaluation, revision, review, and approval of policies and procedures that underpin the Business Resiliency program.
• Oversee the creation, assessment, remediation activities, resolution, and reporting of self-identified issues.
• Lead the development and review of quarterly risk reports, metrics, and risk areas.
Preferred Skills:
• Proven experience in Business Continuity and Business Resiliency.
• Familiarity with regulatory and industry standards for Business Continuity Management.
• Experience in executing, completing, and/or supervising Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Risk Assessments, Business Continuity Plans, Disaster Recovery Plans, Tests and Exercises, and Lessons Learned.
• Background in Operational and Technological Resilience.
• Demonstrated initiative and drive to independently execute and achieve results.
• Experience in Information Technology, particularly in developing strategies for extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) in data management environments.
• Proficient in integrating various data sources across multiple databases.

Work Experience: Roles at this level typically require a university/college degree, with 5+ years of relevant industry experience. Specific certifications may be required. A comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
