Position: Construction Project Manager - New Developments - Low Rise

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate effective communication across all organizational levels.
  • Prepare financial plans, cost projections, and timelines for project bidding.
  • Oversee the complete project lifecycle from inception to finalization, including Preconstruction, Design, Estimating, Construction, and project closeout.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
  • Work closely with Superintendents, Estimators, and Assistant Project Managers throughout the project duration to meet client expectations.
  • Manage Requests for Information (RFIs), submissions, approve change orders, and compile payment applications.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct site inspections and progress meetings to monitor advancement, uphold quality standards, and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and consultants for successful project outcomes.
  • Ensure all project closeout documentation aligns with contractual obligations.
  • Guarantee compliance with local regulations and building codes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in New Construction / Base Building commercial projects.
  • Proficient in interpreting construction documents, blueprints, structural drawings, and plans.
  • Experience managing projects with budgets ranging from $100,000 to over $5,000,000.
  • Able to handle multiple projects across various sectors simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of construction materials and methodologies.
  • Capable of engaging in high-value negotiations.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Procore Construction Management Software is advantageous.
