About This Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Agent to join our team at Kimpton La Peer Hotel. As a key member of our front desk, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, handling guest requests, and maintaining the overall quality of our operations.

Key Tasks
  • Check-in and Check-out: Ensure accurate and efficient processing of guest arrivals and departures
  • Phone Support: Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
  • Room Assignments: Conduct pre-assignments of hotel rooms, considering VIPs, repeat guests, and special requests
  • Lost and Found: Process and manage lost and found items, following established procedures
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality
  • High school diploma or general education degree required
  • Familiarity with hotel systems and operations
