Guest Experience Coordinator

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Host to join our team at Village Tavern. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience with us. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and communicating with servers and management staff. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong desire to join a dynamic team, this is an excellent opportunity for you to consider.
Responsibilities:
* Greet incoming and departing guests warmly and escort them to their tables or assign wait times as needed
* Manage the flow of guests into the dining room by efficiently seating patrons and communicating with servers and management staff
* Answer phone calls and accept reservations while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
* Communicate guest notes and requests to servers and management staff in a timely manner
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
