Job Summary">

We are seeking a Guest Experience Optimization Manager to join our team at Jollibee Support Center. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing the guest experience across all locations and channels, ensuring consistency in service delivery and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

You will analyze customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize service workflows, reduce labor costs, and enhance the overall customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.

In exchange for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of $95,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop strategies to optimize service workflows
  • Reduce labor costs through process improvements
  • Enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • At least six years of experience in hospitality management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of experience with service process optimization, including analyzing workflows, reducing service time, and improving customer experience
  • Experience with project management, including leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
