As a seasoned sales professional with 2-4 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to maximize sales and market share within your designated territory.

You will work closely with internal product development, marketing, planning, and account services teams to implement aligned account plans and enhance brand potential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and negotiation abilities, are required. A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $200,000 (plus benefits) and 40-60% domestic travel during peak seasons make this an attractive opportunity.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a bachelor's degree in a business-related field, preferential experience within the licensed, sporting goods, headwear, or apparel industries, and proven ability to develop and maintain trusting relationships at all levels of the organization.
