Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Rollins. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments with customers, ensuring accurate and efficient scheduling
  • Monitor and update customer databases with accurate information, including call details and customer interactions
  • Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours, ensuring minimal disruption to customers
  • Participate in quality assurance processes, programs, and initiatives to ensure high-quality service delivery

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Basic PC skills and proficiency in Windows-based and web-based systems
