Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service:
    • Welcoming guests as they enter the restaurant and offering a personalized invitation to return as they leave.
    • Providing assistance to guests who may need help.
    • Processing GC On the Go To-Go orders efficiently.
    • Handling payments accurately and professionally.
    • Staying knowledgeable about menu items, prices, and promotions.
  • Cleanliness:
    • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the vestibule, host/cashier station, and surrounding areas.
    • Assisting with setting up the buffet and ensuring labels are correct.
    • Cleaning all buffets and surrounding areas to meet health department standards.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Notifying the Manager when the cash drawer needs to be secured to prevent theft.
    • Ensuring accurate drawer balances and completing daily paperwork.
