Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process transactions, including opening and closing accounts, renewing and purchasing certificates, and assisting with loan requests.
- Assist members with bookkeeping and checking account problems, providing clear and concise explanations of financial institution operations.
- Refer members to Wildfire Credit Union as needed, providing a seamless and efficient experience.
- Perform miscellaneous support functions as required by branch personnel, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Knowledge of customer service operations and procedures, with a basic understanding of financial institution operations.
- One to three years prior experience in a financial institution setting, with abilities generally acquired on the job.
- Good communication skills, professional appearance, dress, and attitude, with good math skills and the ability to operate related computer applications and other business equipment.
