About Our Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Tenant Facilities Project Manager to join our Concessions Division at Denver International Airport. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing the tenant buildout program, ensuring seamless operations during periods of high passenger growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to manage and orchestrate movements for all concession projects, ensuring continuity of operations during periods of high passenger growth.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of the Concession Master Plan, providing guidance on design and development feasibility based on base building conditions and relevant building codes.
  • Manage the design and construction of all concession projects awarded through the RFP process, former Premium Value Concession awards, agreement extensions, and midterm renovations.
  • Interface with multiple City agencies, executives from multiple companies, divisions, and organizations to ensure all stakeholders are included in the design/build/move process, schedules meet operational and organizational needs, and airport and concession assets are managed throughout the process.
Requirements
  • At least five (5) years of experience in tenant finish design and buildout.
  • Managing multiple simultaneous projects in an operating airport setting.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, and experience presenting at all levels of management.
  • Ability to interface with multiple departments to ensure stakeholders' needs are satisfied.
