  • Project Coordination: Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training seminars, ensuring smooth execution and follow-up.
  • Recruitment Support: Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads and process incoming resumes.
  • Telephone Support: Manage the department's telephone center, responding to inquiries and addressing employee concerns.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications, highlighting key HR metrics and trends.
  • New Hire Orientation: Provide orientations for new employees, sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • HR Experience: Proven work experience as an HR administrative assistant, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • HR Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HR software, such as HRIS or HRMS.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Labor Legislation: Familiarity with labor legislation in California, including employment laws and regulations.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Teamwork and Communication Skills: Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
