Job Summary

As a Medicare Sales Representative at Centene Corporation, you will play a critical role in providing sales coverage and developing market penetration for our products in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to align sales efforts with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably with a focus on Medicare products.
  • Strong understanding of the Medicare market, including regulations, policies, and trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
