Position Summary
This role is part of the Center of Enterprise Technology Analytics team, dedicated to supporting the Enterprise Technology (ET) divisions. The Senior Financial Analyst is tasked with delivering outstanding financial guidance and support regarding expense oversight. Responsibilities include scrutinizing and interpreting expenditures, spearheading the forecasting and budgeting initiatives, and presenting financial assessments to our Decision Support and technology partners. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Decision Support team, potentially paving the way for future opportunities within that domain based on their ability to assimilate and enhance their knowledge.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics, accompanied by over 5 years of relevant experience. An MBA is preferred.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential. The ability to lead and contribute effectively within teams is crucial.

Contributions to the Organization
- Influencing senior leaders on critical decisions through clear and concise evaluations, analyses, and financial models.
- Creating financial analyses and reports regarding business unit expenditures, including regular reporting, month-end close processing, variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and related commentary.
- Facilitating ongoing and ad-hoc analyses and formulating recommendations, including scenario evaluations.
- Assessing and enhancing IT financial management processes to align with evolving business requirements and efficiency objectives.
- Mentoring and developing junior analysts.
