High-Impact Financial Analyst Position with Rapid Career Progression
Primary Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting Leadership: Oversee internal reporting processes, including variance analysis and peer benchmarking, to inform strategic business decisions.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Enhance and communicate projections for capital investments and operational outcomes, working closely with various stakeholders.
- Annual Budget Preparation: Evaluate trends and operational activities to develop thorough budgets.
- Ad Hoc Financial Analyses: Perform financial evaluations for contract assessments, capital initiatives, and shareholder communications.
- Financial Modeling Maintenance: Sustain models to ensure accuracy in gross margins and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Month-End Closing Support: Contribute to monthly closing processes and regulatory compliance reporting.
Required Qualifications:
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in public or corporate accounting with a solid understanding of USGAAP.
- Business Insight: Excellent decision-making and communication abilities.
- Proactive Attitude: Capability to work autonomously and drive projects to successful completion.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with ERP systems is preferred, with MS Dynamics being an advantage.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related discipline; CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
